WEEK ONE — AWAKEN

Seeing what's already there

You're not changing anything this week. You're noticing. The feeling before the reaching. The moment your body moves before your thinking does. Most women are surprised by how much has been running without them realising it.

WEEK TWO — WONDER

Seeing the whole shape of it

This week you step back far enough to see the full daily arc of the pattern. And something most women have never caught before, how early in the day it actually begins. It isn't an evening problem. It starts long before that.

WEEK THREE — ATTUNE

Understanding why it went there

This is the week that tends to change everything. Not what you do, why your body went there in the first place. The reaching wasn't weakness. It was the most intelligent response available at a time when you needed somewhere to go. When that lands in the body rather than just the head, something shifts that willpower never could.

WEEK FOUR — RELEASE

Noticing what's already moving

You're not being asked to do anything new this week. You're being asked to notice what has already quietly begun to change. The small moments matter here. Don't dismiss anything for being too small. In this work, small is where it starts.

WEEK FIVE — EMBODY

Coming home to yourself

You arrived with something you'd been carrying for a long time. This week you recognise how far you've already travelled and what's becoming available now that something has shifted. This isn't an ending. It's the first week you meet yourself from a different place.

HOW IT WORKS ALONGSIDE YOUR SESSIONS

Each week creates understanding that feeds directly into the deeper work we do together in sessions. And the sessions feed back into it. The two move the same thing from different directions. That's what makes this different from anything you've tried before.

A private 30 to 45 minute session with Megan each week via Zoom, just the two of us, working through what's arising personally as you move through the program.

 

A reflection sheet each week to prepare and deepen that conversation.

 

One full hour Resolve session included, valued at $170 on its own.

This is not a self-paced program. Megan is with you every step of the way.

 

This program is currently only offered privately, to women I already know and trust. There is no public waitlist. No sign-up page. If you're reading this, it's because I thought of you specifically.
