A Note From Me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of holding everything
together, I understand.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’ve reflected, learned, and tried hard to feel better.
And yet something still hasn’t quite settled.
As a Kinesiologist and Resolve Practitioner, my role is not to fix you.
It’s to help you understand yourself in a new way, so your own natural capacity for wellbeing, clarity, and balance can return.

What Happens in a Resolve Session
In sessions, we work gently with your subconscious using kinesiology and Resolve.
This allows awareness to come to unresolved experiences and old “rules of safety” that may still be influencing how you feel, think, and respond today.
You don’t need to relive the past.
You don’t need to analyse everything.
Your subconscious already knows what’s ready to shift.
Many people describe this work as giving them a new way of responding to life. They begin to notice they have more choice, more calm, and more confidence in themselves.
It’s not about forcing change.
It’s about creating the experience of a new option inside yourself.

You’ll receive an information form before your first session, or we can complete it together at your appointment.
If there are particular symptoms or concerns you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to note them beforehand, but it’s not required.
What’s the difference between Resolve sessions and traditional therapy or coaching?
Traditional therapy often focuses on talking through experiences, while coaching tends to be more goal-focused.
Resolve sessions work directly with the subconscious using kinesiology and the Resolve methodology, rather than relying mainly on conversation or strategies.
This allows unresolved experiences to be recognised and resolved at the level where patterns first formed, so change can unfold naturally without forcing or analysing.
Can I book a session if I’m working with another practitioner or therapist?
Yes. Many clients work with other professionals alongside Resolve sessions.
This work can complement other forms of support and care.
What happens if I can’t make my scheduled session?
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
